Eva van Asperen
Eva lives in The Netherlands with Bjorn and her 2 cats Ezra and Aurum in their home with solar panels on the roof and a very shaded garden.
With a background as a (raw) pastry chef, she is passionate about natural, organic and healthy food and incorporating vegetables in her baking as well. So she started growing her own vegetables several years ago.
This was the start of her Self-sufficient adventure and she dreams of expanding her vegetable garden to become even more self-sufficient.
