The Pearce PG-26 grip extension replaces the magazine base plate and retain all other factory components on Glock models 26/27/33/39. The PG-26 forms the next logical finger positioning feature to provide control and comfort without sacrificing concealability. These units will add 5/8″ additional length for better control and comfort, yet blend with the contours and texture of the handgun giving a factory appearance. They do not alter the capacity of the magazine.

Great Glock accessory,
Perfect addition to my G26 gen4. No extra rounds, just the grip extension. Not the easiest part to install, but it’s very solid once it is in place. I will likely be buying more.

PG 26/27/33 grip extension,
I was shooting low until I added one of these. Now my 27 is extremely comfortable to shoot and I am more accurate with it. It doesn’t increase the profile enough to worry about it and it’s still a little shorter grip than a 23. It’s worth every penny.

Mag Extensions for Glock,
I bought three of these, and installed them on brand new magazines. I will start by saying that the install, while not complicated, is not always easy to do. The baseplate on the mags has a small indent that helps to lock the plate in place on the mag. On my new mags, this was pretty tough to defeat, as I could not compress the sides of the mag enough for them to slip past. I even tried using a small clamp (NOT RECOMMENDED!!!) to compress the sides, but to no avail.
After fighting with them for some time, I realized that since I was going to junk the original baseplates, that I could work a small screwdriver in the baseplate to ‘pop’ it past the indents. It worked well.
Check out YOUTUBE for some detailed instructions, and be patient! Now, to the item itself: I see some pics where there is a small gap between the bottom of the handgrip and the extension, while others seem to fit more flush. On my Gen 4 I have a small gap, and while it didnt really cause me an pain or pinching while shooting, it was just slightly uncomfortable shooting after shooting about 150 rounds.
All in all, the item does what it claims, and it makes holding the “Baby Glock” much nicer. I will certainly add these to any mags, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
