good daily light for a techie,
bought this during the black friday sale for $20. i didnt know what to expect since i just bought based on stars… boy am i happy with it. it is very compact and powerful for its size. the red and blue lenses are a nice tough but dont know how practical they would be as i am not an out door person.. i will primarily use this in the data center i work in. the best feature imo are the magnets that are part of the clip. i will be able to attach this to the server rack and work handsfree!!
pros: small, powerful, magnets!!
cons: can be easy to lose and at $20, would hurt to lose it
for $20, i would buy again and recommend to anyone who is a techie.

Excellent angled light,
I remember having those large angled flashlights in the Army, and how compared to this little thing, so bulky those things were. This is a great design, fits inside your hand, and plenty bright. Love the small red and blue filters. Love that it has a magnet so you can put it on a metal surface for hands-free use. For the price, you can’t go wrong. I haven’t done any long-term use with it, but I will update it if need be.

Affordable Right angle LED flashlight.,
This flashlight is first and foremost a flood light with a marginal plastic lenses and polymer body with a very limited use more than about 30 feet from your body. If this is not the characteristics of a light you are willing to purchase for then stop now an look for something else.
The five strong strengths of the ROMEO are that it is,
1) It is good medium powered task light with adequate flood to walk through the woods at knight without running into a tree. Though 47 lumens may sound like alot or very little (depending on your knowledge of flashlights) power for a flashlight it is just below the 50 lumin rating that could cause permanent eye damage. this gives you the most light you can have while safely using it with others.
2) It is a right angle flashlight that can stand on its own and point in a general direction and does not roll on a uneven surface. I personally have it attached to my right backpack strap that gives me hands free lighting when I am in a dark environment.
3) It runs on 1 AA battery with a good solid run-time. I personally used about a battery a night so it is easy for me to predict how much extra cells to pack when I go camping. Also it is always easy to find a spare or two somewhere.
4) It has a removable belt clip, sizable lanyard hole, and two rare earth magnets (also on the clip) that allow you to fix the light to anything to get it right where you need it.
5) It comes with a blue and red filter that screw into the light fairly tightly. I wouldn’t be too worried about losing them but I personally do not have any real use for them.
I still strongly prefer a metal light with a glass lens but at this price it I can’t really complain. I still am worried of the durability of the light in the long run though the warranty seems to be good enough to ease my fears.
